+711 Honors teachers assume that if you're in an honors class then you have no life and nothing better to do than homework for their class. amirite?

My AP teacher said, "You guys should be reading the chapters 2-3 times each and take notes!" Most, if not all, of the students in my class are in other honors classes, and we get 2-3 chapters to do in about 2 weeks. We have lives, y'know. And he says "huge" without the h.

Or they assume that you already know everything since you're in an honors class. Those are the cool honors classes. All the intelligent people to converse with and none of the work.

Try being in college. I get about 2-3 chapters per class. With 6 classses, that's just about 24 chapters plus a week. Quit your whining

I agree with the story of my life. I am in every honors course I can take at the moment, and others. The people in my honors classes are I most of my classes, and we all have the same predicament with writing our 4 page English essays at 2 in the morning. We are sophomores with homework in every class every night! Isn't it normally you only have math homework? I happen to also have more history than math, and I get a ton of math every night. Goodbye social life, hello the rest of my life.
