Cornflakes ARE full of sugar already. Cheerios are not bad but the whole wheat ones are even better. Honestly, if you're trying to lose weight, cereal should not be your choice of breakfast - ANY cereal. It's got tons of sugar and the milk does especially - even if its skim. The best breakfast for a weight watcher would be a veggie omelet.
