It's annoying when people criticize your art, especially when it's not constructive criticism, amirite?

Criticism is one way to improve. I can see it being annoying if it's unasked for or, like you said, not constructive, but when you put art out for others to see that's one thing you have to expect. If it's helpful, take it with dignity, if it's not, just shrug it off.

It's only annoying if it's not constructive.

Ikr? It's so annoying when people are honest! It would be way better if they buried you with happy lies about how amazing your work is when it really sucks.

I told my friend she needs to work on her people's chins. :/

That would be constructive criticism though.

She told me to fuck myself, but that's just her sense of humor.

Yeah, as said up there, if you're creating art to share with other people, then you have to expect some people not to like it. Anyways, one of the best parts of appreciating art is discussing what you like and DON'T like with other people.

Well I think all criticism can be taken constructively to a degree so maybe you just aren't that good.....

Not really. If someone just says "This sucks!" or "This is great!" then it's not constructive at all. It doesn't tell what you could improve on. You don't know if it's because you messed up somewhere, or if they just don't like your style. It doesn't tell the artist anything, and really isn't helpful at all. Just my two cents.
