"Patient suffering from abdominal pain flaring along the sternum while in movement. Precautions have been taken and sufficient therapy and MRIs are now recommended. TL;DR: Patient needs a chest x-ray." amirite?

You do know that an MRI is very different from an x-ray right?

I think the point is that they didn't read the entire report and were just like "oh, whatever, they need an X-ray". Even though X-rays use radiation and an MRI is based on magnetic fields.
