by Anonymous 13 years ago

When the guy first posted this he said "to" when it should have been "too". I corrected him and he edited the post.

oh. well, congratulations my friend

It's true lol. Thanks again Amish!

No problem.

It's only a bad thing if all they're passionate about is what they hear from their parents and talk-show hosts instead of actually knowing what they're talking about.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I agree with you guys y

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I do too, but why did that diverse a down vote? (Just curious lol)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Because I don't agree that it's a bad thing- "too passionate"- unless the person is ignorant, like I said. I think passionate interest in things is good.

I agree. I typed this because two kids got in an argument over who was Better. Bush or Obama. and the whole library was picking sides and it just sparked this posts so. I agree though. I think it is great for people to be passionate about things.

if you don't have one at your school then it's probably you.

Ha that was how I made my first friend in 6th grade. "Hi I'm Alissa. Obama or McCain?" "MCCAIN OF COURSE!" "Heck no. Obama all the way!" *political debate between two 11 year olds begins*

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah... that kid would be me..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Lol when two students get into a political debate, it can get intense. That is what inspired this post.

That girl is one of my good friends. I love her to pieces, but sometimes she gets way too involved in student government debates, to the point where even the upperclassmen and the officers start muttering about her. It's a bit awkward because we're usually on opposite sides of the debate; she's loud and very conservative about spending money, whereas I'm quiet and in the moderate-liberal range about spending money.
