Hhhheeeelllll no. My mom talks to me too much, or at least at all the wrong times. I am currently in my O levels (like SATs) year, and I have a very strict schedule to revise and practice. 1.5 hr work, 0.5 hr play. I cannot be interrupted during work because it means less work. I need ALL the allocated play time to maintain a high standard of work and to hold ff zombification. I stop working between 9 and 10 at night, but my mom refuses to wait until then to talk to me about stuff that she doesn't allow me to tell her that I don't give a shit about.

I'm at uni now, and I'll still phone up my mum to tell her things. At least she wants to listen, unlike friends who don't wanna hear about all you're little crushes etc.
