Because I am pretty ignorant when it comes to HIS games, AKA skyrim and Minecraft. I play Assassin's Creed. And he's clueless about that.

Ouch. Personally I'm a die-hard Zelda fan (and I don't like to play, I like to watch) and I can't stand any PC games. But that's not really a reason to ignore you, he's just being a tool. I would suggest find somebody else.
