"Whatcha Say" is an insult to "Hide n Seek" amirite?

there is a song called "hide n seek" by Imogen Heap & a line in the song is "hmmm whatcha say, ohhh what did she say...." a rapper sampled that line technofied it & made a new song called "watcha say" which is terrible
