Is there every a movie where the woman isn't screaming during giving birth? And the woman always look about 7 months pregnant right before she gives birth.

Man, I had this friend that really wanted to catch a real birth for the ending of his film. He spent about 4 months asking everyone he met if they know any pregnant ladies to no avail, but finally found someone willing to let him film the whole thing. (though, to be fair, from a certain angle, and only him, without the lights and other props). He never talks about it, but you just know he hated spending a few hours watching a woman in labour. It was a good movie though.
