+364 When you think about it, it's kind of weird that in wintertime, we cover the top part of our bodies with jackets, but we never wear an extra pair of pants to protect our legs, amirite?

It's been -2 here for the past few weeks. I've been wearing leggings, knee high socks, and thermal socks underneath my jeans along with my furry boots. I'd say my legs are kept quite warm.

In not-freezing yet cold climates, you do that because you want to keep your important organs (i.e. heart, lungs, stomach, liver, etc) away from the cold.

in some parts of the world where its like super freezing, they actually do...i think our legs are a lil bit warmer from walking.
