+282 In the past centuries, people thought that the world was flat and the sun revolved around the Earth, and these things were considered right and accepted as common knowledge. So what if everything we THINK we know now, everything we're taught in school, is actually wrong, and the universe works nothing like we think it does, amirite?

If you wanna know if something is wrong check if the bible says anything about it.

Actually, people never believed the earth is flat. That's gossip that spread like the plague. People that lived in the Renaissance were making fun of people in the Middle Ages, (they're also the people who dubbed it the "Dark Ages") saying they're so stupid that they would've thought the earth was flat. We have manuscripts and paintings to prove that people knew the earth was round. This is done in the same way we have Soviet Russia jokes. They're not true, but if told long enough maybe our great great grandkids will believe them.
