Just because something is legal doesn't mean you should necessarily use it to your full advantage. Ex: we have freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean we should cuss out everyone we see. amirite?

Freedom of speech is limited. Slander is illegal and I'm pretty sure swearing at someone is considered harassment.

I know its limited, it was just the first example that popped into my head. This could apply to many other things though.
