+252 It's weird that it's probably more acceptable for a woman to go into the men's bathroom than a man going into the woman's bathroom even though men use urinals and women always use stalls, amirite?

Yes, it would be more acceptable (and less dangerous) for a woman to use a male bathroom, and vice versa. I have some perspective on this, even though it's not the same thing. I'm a transsexual man, and when I was younger I used to get mistaken for a woman a lot. I mostly used male public bathrooms, and even though some people did take me for a female, I never felt as though I was going to be hurt or harmed. I think it's because male public restrooms aren't as social as female ones - you deliberately try not to look anyone in the eye, let alone get a good look at them. There were a few incidents, but nothing major. Compared to some transsexual women I know, who have said that it's dangerous for anyone to think that they're a man in a female bathroom.

fair points but i was more thinking when there's a line some women just say fuck it & use the guys bathroom cause there's no line but guys have their junk out. but if a guy done it it'd be awful even though women don't pee in the sink.

It would be so hot if women peed in the sink

It's because men are less uptight about the gender divide, while there's a vague and silly perception in society that men are dangerous pervs and rapists.

Wait, they're not?
