What about Feebas? What if they were all Feebas and there was no Pokeblock or Poffin to up their beauty and evolve them into Milotic?

Tru dat.... I guess I should have thought of all the pokemon games.... I was thinking Yellow version, and how you always seem to be able to catch a Magikarp. There's a bazillion of them! :3
