It does make sense. If you put all the focus on sports, then it polarizes everyone, creating two very distinct groups: the non-sporty and the sporty.

America has an education problem because we're focusing too much on sports, yet we have an obesity problem, which comes from fast food and poor education about what's healthy to eat. Why do we have poor education about what's healthy to eat? Because we're focusing too much on sports. However, we have an obesity problem from fast food... It's a vicious cycle, get it? I blame the fast food for the start of this...
