My teacher has never said that to me before O_o I think you mean they say : "DON'T cut and paste from the internet."

My teacher hasn't, but my mom was telling me about this German minister who resigned over a plagiarism scandal, and then she said he was nicknamed "Lord Paste-n-Cut or something". THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE.
