Pokemon can't be compared to this. I love Pokemon, but America is more serious. In the game, people aren't arrested for not getting health care, and you don't see the characters dishing out money to an overspending government.

If you don't pay for government run health care [I think I worded that wrong] you can get heavily fined and/or arrested.

oixoutheye is right. You DON'T get arrested, you get fined. And there are subsidies. Sources?: I've been living under a "government run health care" for 28 years.

And just because it's run by the government, it doesn't mean you can automatically assume you would get arrested for not paying BTW -- There will STILL be private hospitals/clinics. Especially in "profit" America. Just less however. So if you would rather pay than wait. Go right ahead. Sources?: We still got lots of them in Canada. ;)
