Organic food has no nutritional or health benefits over ordinary food, amirite?

Organic plants produce more antioxidants because they don't have the benefit of pesticides to fight disease for them. Those antioxidants will carry over into the fruit/vegetables you eat.
Organic livestock, in addition to being fed all-organic feed, are generally raised more humanely and their diet more closely matches their natural diet. This can dramatically raise the concentration of some nutrients in their meat like vitamin A, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids.

However sometimes, organic food is just an excuse for farmers to sell poorer quality fruit and vegetables that might not be sold otherwise.

There are a few, but they're not worth how much more it costs to buy organic.
