Pinching the veins on the bottom of your tongue. You can feel those veins moving around with your fingers, but there's no way to tell how hard you're pinching until it pops. It's rather weird.
teeth on a chalkboard doesn't really mean anything to me...however nails on a chalkboard are completely different matter.
