Obviously not. If you think about it...you having all the worlds money would make money worthless, as no one else would have it. Society would then exile you and go back to the trade and barter system when money was worthless. A more rational wish would be for all the money in, say, The ontario provence in Canada or something along those lines.

If I had all the money in the world I'd probably start giving my money to everyone thus meaning I wouldn't have all the money in the world anymore.
