I keep thinking of "Lilly" as "Willow" from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. For that reason, I thought both "Lilly" and "Marshall" were "female".

I started watching How I Met Your Mother purely because Alyson Hannigan was in it. It was pretty confusing to me at first, because I kept thinking "WTF Willow would NEVER do that! Oh, wait . . . " Anyway, I'm kind of in love with Lily and Marshall's relationship . . .
