I have a pessimist of a best friend who I've known since we were 10. She says she probably won't talk to anyone after high school, but we're super close, so I'm determined to prove her wrong. Sorry, random life story moment.

No, it's okay :) If you guys have been friends for that long you'll make it work. Me and my best friend have been friends since we were 11 and live in different states and will still see each other whenever we can.
