No, no. Not all the ones in your presence. If you've ever stayed the night at a friend, their dad or brother would've had morning wood. Your dad and other male family members as well. If you were in a cinema and some random guy a few rows away got a boner because of his girlfriend, just because you were there doesn't mean it has anything to do with you. A better list would be a list of all the boners you've caused.

Or you could realize that we get erections for no reason whatsoever sometimes. Yes a girl can cause it but sometimes I'm sitting in math class writing down some garbage about conic sections and I get one. There are no attractive females in the class either.
