+397 You wonder who the first wizard was in London who decided to run through a brick wall just to see what happened, amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Chances are, they created the wall knowing what happened, and the first students from the Muggle world were informed of how to reach Platform 9 3/4.

that's no fun! D: i like the fact that some genius got great credit for finding out by doing an idiot move.

I'm a Ravenclaw, therefore I had to find a logical explanation.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Well Gryffindors are the brave ones...Probably a Gryffindor who did the idiot move

But it would make sense if the wizards in the wizarding world made the wall as an entry way for wizards in the muggle world and informed them of it. It's not like the Wizarding World expected them to find it on their own.

Plus I haven't had a Harry Potter related debate/discussion in awhile, so I thought this would be fun.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Haha I just thought of it cuz I walked in the room while my bro was watchin it...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Lucky him. Meh, I'm having an HP marathon next weekend anyway.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I haven't seen the 5th or 6th in such a long time I'm gonna watch both of them tonight

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Lucky... I watched part one of DH last weekend... But I haven't seen Goblet of Fire or Order of the Phoenix in awhile.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

before I saw DH pt 1, my friend tried to explain to me how Dobby died, with the knife, and the disapparating... kind of funny, then I saw it and realized it is really hard to explain

They say that Hogwarts is just over 1,000 years old or something like that, right? What i would like to know is how they got to Hogwarts before the invention of the Steam Engine/Train.
