Once upon a time... Oprah did one of her specials on child abuse. Nbd, right? Well there was some forum on her website talking about it and some troll posted as Anon and said "We have over 9,000 penises and their all raping children!!!!" Everyone knows it was prolly just some 14yrold punk... except Oprah. Oprah went on the air and was APPALLED at this secret society and that this member, who chose to conceal his identity, and informed the public that they had "OVER 9,000 PENISES AND THEIR ALL RAPING CHILDREN!!!" &Now apparently someone's incorporating the meme into amirite.
