I think so, too. From what Latin I know, and nemesis is a Latin word adapted from Greek, it should be nemeses.

The '-i' ending only happens when you pluralize words with a '-us' ending. It's a Latin thing.

The two accepted forms are "nemeses" and "nemesi," so it is acceptable, and "nemesises" is not. Although it's also already been mentioned that the correct Latin plural would NOT be "nemesi," so I don't even know where that comes from.
