LOL. People with Tourettes have problems in a lot of situations. And it's not just "shouting out random words" - people can have other tics, like having to clap their hands or click their fingers. I think the best situation would either have everyone politely ignore the noise, as they would a crying baby, seeing as the person can't help it, or if it's in a school where people are too immature, maybe have that person leave the room for a few minutes.
