Ok, you must be in England. It's different in America; celebrities who are drag queens usually put Lady in front of a name (not always their name), for example, Lady Bunny.

I'm in America too, and I have heard of her, but I wouldn't know that name, it just sounds familiar. However, I wasn't talking in terms of royalty because that is a different country and they do things differently (she is from England). I'm just saying, these days it is more well known to put Lady in front of the name of a drag queen. Lady Gaga is most certainly not royalty, and it seems as though people who are similar to her in looks and name are drag queens.
