+267 Casey Anthony could get a tear drop tattoo under her eye and she'd still be not guilty, amirite?

That reminded me of a mime.

Well there is something called protection from double jeopardy. So... Obviously.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Not if they find new evidence, that's only if the try the same case.

I totally think she's guilty, but I'm not surprised she got away. There wasn't any *definitive* evidence -- only a lot of shady evidence. Plus they were going for the death penalty so there should be more conclusive evidence before her life gets taken away. IMO they should've gone for a lot of jail time instead.. She probably would've gotten some punishment that way.

Death penalty should NOT exist. They should have to suffer. Ffs, prisons are in better shape then half 1/4 of America's homes. Some, hardworking families can't even get a meal on the table every night, and here are the murders, the rapists, the robbers enjoying 3 meals a day. That's better than what an average COLLEGE student eats, and that student is trying to HELP the world, not make it a worse place like these criminals.

I'm confused. You said that death penalty shouldn't exist and that convicts should have to suffer in prison. And then you went on to describe how nice prison was?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Er, exactly. The prisons shouldn't be nice.

I don't mean to sound like some heartless person, but prisons should be rougher--I'm not saying it isn't tough or anything, but I remember Philip defranco had a video where a homeless guy committed murder and his punishment was free food, showers, and a place to sleep. The problem is I'm not sure how they could make prisons worse and do it in a fair way.. I guess it's just something that can't really be changed :/

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Well if they aren't going to change the criminals homes for the worse, when are they going to change the people's homes that deserve it for the better, amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Not to sound like a total bitch, but life sentences mean a whole lot more taxes than the death penalty does.

Tear drops also mean that a loved one died though.
