+242 The scariest part about roller coasters is getting on, amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Do you have a fear of lap bars or something?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

No, the scariest part is when you get to the top of the first hill and you hear the chain release. That shit is what orphans have nightmares about.

Or going up/top of the hill.

...And when the ride stops and everybody thinks there's something wrong with the ride, but it turns out your younger brother was just to short to get on the ride in the first place and he has to be "removed". But that's just from my experience.

It's when it breaks down, nigger.

No, when it JUST starts. Like when you first hear the clicks and begin slowly moving. That just gives you heart time to pound, you brain to form scary as hell scenarios, and your stomach to decide that you liked lunch so much you're going to taste it again.

Definitely going up the first hill

Strangely, if you decide you're not going to outwardly show fear, they're not that bad. I got on that insane flippy thing, The Zipper I think it's called, and my cabin mate was this fat, snotty boy who offered to hold my hand when I got scared. Not IF, WHEN I got scared. So I sat stony-faced for the entire ride, and I faked it so well I actually wasn't scared.

The top would be the scariest part if you're going on this roller coaster: http://rollercoasterking.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/sub1_690.jpg
