+354 The final duel between Harry and Voldemort didnt seem as epic in the movie, no one was around to watch it and when he saw everyone in the Great Hall they showed no emotion. Its like nbd..I killed Voldemort..not like thats the point of the whole series, amirite?

I call and raise you an awkward death. I mean, what was with the exploding people? Since when has the killing curse done that? I loved, loved, loved Sirius' death in OotP (despite my liking of the character) because it was so sudden and real and made you stop in your tracks and think, "Oh my god. Did he really just die!?" Bellatrix was all like, "I'm gonna go all confetti on your ass for that. Mmm, hmm!" And voldemort was just kinda like, "They told me I could be anything, so I became paper! Watch me fly awaaaaaay!" Anyway, that was my rant. It's over now.

I thought the seclusion of Harry's and Voldemort's battle made it more epic. It made it feel truly personal.

I was really upset when Harry walked into the Hall and no one cheered.
