But if the Task Manager isn't responding it's not like you could end it using the task manager anyways.

It does show itself! Or at least mine does....... Maybe your software is..... //defected//....

it is listed in processes but not applications. so you can still force quit the task manager by right clicking tskmngr.exe (or some shit) and clicking end process. this method also closes unresponsive programs allot quicker.
