No. Random notes from one key don't sound any better than in another, especially if they're not in a pattern like an arpeggio or a scale.

This is so stupid, because that doesn't define they hey, A minor is also the same notes.

It depends what notes you play. It could end up sounding like F major with a sharp fourth or g major with a flat seventh, either of which would just sound like a mistake.
