What has that got to do with what i said? Of course everyone has the potential to be a rapist, just like everyone has the potential to invent a teleporting machine to take us to Mars, doesn't mean everyone will do it though. All i was saying is that if you are controlling someones mind you are forcing them to do something that they probably wouldn't choose to do of their own free will.
