-79 The amount of authenticity a "Mexican" restaurant has is directly proportional to the number of Mexican/Hispanic workers, amirite?

I have a Bronco's where I live & it's totally authentic. Only Mexican/Hispanic people work there & they won't really hire anyone because it's a family business.

No, I went to some place that had a Mexican family running it, but the food was barely a step above Taco Bell.

So, is McDonald's authentic?

you jerk! i was about to say that!

Well, sorta. A Mexican restaurant is only authentic if a lot of the employees are Mexican, but just because a restaurant has a lot of Mexican employees doesn't mean it is authentic. Sort of like a square is a rectangle, but a rectangle is not a square.

So the Taco Bell I went to that had some mexicans taking out the trash is authentic mexican food? I think not.

Following your logic, Dunkin Donuts is the place to go for some good ol' Indian food, I suppose.
