At first when you saw him you thought he was just a crazy person who tries to seem smart, but then after that scene when he was talking to andy and erin walks in and Robert knew that they liked each other, you were like, wait... is he, like, smart?

I know Steve Carrell left because he felt that he was associated too much with Michael Scott, his character, but come on, really? Steve Carrell is ALWAYS going to end up playing roles like that now. He set his character in stone with the last few movies he was in, and quitting The Office didn't really help anything except make die-hard viewers (and Pam) upset.

Really? Cuz his characters in Crazy Stupid Love, Date Night, and Dan in Real Life were very different from Micheal Scott in my opinion.
