What other way is he going to get slim if he doesn't go to a gym?

I was fat until 6 months ago, and whenever I went to the gym I wore shirts. I was embarrassed by my fat.

Maybe not wearing a shirt and seeing the looks that people gives them motivates them. I hate when people make fun of fat people at the gym; at least they're there trying to be healthy and make a change. What about all the other fat people sitting at home not doing anything but getting more fat?

I have nothing against fat people going to the gym, I have something against fat people with out their shirts on going to the gym. There is a big difference.
