well no because the people at that table could sit anywhere else, they would just risk allergic reaction by doing it

At my high school the sign said "Nut free zone" so anybody could sit there as long as they didn't bring any nuts

At my school, if a person has friends with a certain allergy, all their friends would sit at the "Nut free table" but just not bring nuts.
