"Hi, I'm John. I have AIDS. How are you today?" You really think people should do that? If you're going to have sex with someone sure, but you can't force people to tell everyone that they have HIV/AIDS. It's really not fair to that person that no one can get to know them because they will be judged automatically. HIV/AIDS patients go through enough already, they don't need everyone to know what they're dealing with.
You aren't necessarily required to tell them I think, however if you have sex with someone and knowingly have aids you can be charged with attempted murder\murder if you don't tell them.
I think if you know you have it and that can be proven there already is a law that says you have to tell someone before having sex with them. I could be wrong though
