As long as it's not music, then yes. Like the Whitest Kids U Know skit with Lincoln. In the beginning, they're showing a play and one of the characters says, "Shhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-" and the very last part is beeped out.
