loool pretty sad, but I remember I used to add tons of sugar to my already sweet Lucky Charms Cereal. I'm surprised that I don't have diabetes :/

Cereals can only be considered a truly healthy snack when you follow the portion size give on the nutrition label. I believe for Cheerios it is 3/4 of a cup. A full bowl of Cheerios equals twice the recommended serving size - hence, twice the sugar, etc.
