And it never applies or is accurate about California. They're usually only talking about the slutty girls in one populated city, like L.A. San Diego or San Francisco. It quite insulting and very annoying that it's the only picture of what Californians are like, and I'm especially irked with that travel commercial with all the top celebrities proving the mostly false stereotypes. But please excuse my ranting

I know! I live in the Bay Area in a city a little bit more than an hour east of San Francisco and it's just slightly boring, rains sometimes, gets hot sometimes, and I'm pretty sure I've never seen or heard of a minor celebrity coming near my city, and most people never heard of it. What area do you live in?

I live right in the center of the action. A really upper class town that gets called the bubble cause they think everyone here is rich and we don't know about the real world. Miley Cyrus used to live her and Emily osment and people like that still do

I think it's pretty accurate about how Cali girls dress. Like "Daisy Dukes bikini on top" pretty much describes half the people I know during summer. I kinda live in a semi-slutty town in the vally, though.
