I agree with most of it but drug addiction, alcoholism, and second hand smoke hurt other people. I don't think drugs should be banned completely but they should be regulated so that people who use them aren't getting merchandise that's tainted or stronger than he expects and overdoses. It would also reduce the amount of crime that comes from drugs being on the black market and the lengths people will go to to get a fix. Smoking and drugs are still stupid though.

I think it matters to a certain degree. If someone is going to be irresponsible and abuse on drug substances, I feel as if something needs to be done. There's always a potential chance that someone could be hurt and it's better to be safe then never.

Eh, pornography is pretty broad. It's because of supply and demand that things like child porn and snuff films exist, so I would argue that that should be other people's business. But generally I think most porn is fine. I agree with everything else though.

The only reason all these drugs are illegal and limits on things are because the more stupid half of society decided to harm other people. if there wasn't stupid people doing stupid things with sit that isn't really that bad, then there wouldn't be laws or limits.

people seem to be saying "i agree with this, except drugs are really bad for you and can hurt those around you" yes i understand that and thats the whole point of the quote. You don't need to point this out. Once my/your/his/her habits begin to harm those around you, then that's when someone needs to step in. But until i "harm another human being on this planet" then it's not your business, it's my body, my money, my time and out of my own free will. Not yours.
