To be IN Love with someone means you will love them forever, that you would do anything to be with them, to give your life for them (example: relationships, Katniss and Peeta, Jace and Clary,Ron and Hermione)While just loving someone means that you like them, that they can make your day (ex: family, celebrities, Katniss and Gale, Clary and Simon, Harry and Hermione)
