Marriage is a legal bond lol.

If men and women can love eachother, what would it hurt for men to love men and women to love women? I would say that America should just allow it! Who is it hurting for people to marry those of the same sex? Not me. Not you. Not Bill Gates. Not Barack Obama, Not America. So why can't they be married? Religion shouldn't be a reason for the government to have Americans to VOTE on other peoples LOVE!

I would say it's not a choice to prefer those of the same sex. You don't just wake up one day and say, "OH MY GEE, I'M GAY." or something like that! You are born liking them. At first you could try and like girls, but it just doesn't work out that way. But that's my honest opinion. (I'm straight, just so you know XD)

I've always considered differentiating between straight marriages and gay marriages to be gender discrimination anyway

Me too, I'm actually anti-gay(ish), but I believe that the government can't oppose to any two people who want to get married regardless of their sexual preference. I mean, it's their choice
