+247 When you were learning to write sentences in kindergarten or first grade, your teachers taught you to leave a 'pinky space' between each word, amirite?

I'll say it. 700,000.

Sorry to disappoint you.

Aww... I was expecting people to grow up and stop acting like a round number is the key to the future.

says the guy with a character from sesame street on his picture

by Anonymous 11 years ago

That's right, it was me who said that. I am glad we're all together on the who is saying of what. You have no picture, and said: "says the guy with a character from sesame street on his picture" y

You were wrong.

They made us do the stupid finger space for 3 years. I was the only one in the class who could write properly in grade one, for me it was so pointless.

I can't remember that, but I do remember my kindergarten teacher teaching us how to make 0's and O's, and she said, "start at the top, everyone! If you start anywhere else, I will know." Immediately I tried to think of ways to do it so she wouldn't know. It didn't work.

Hahaha I wish I could've been there.

I freaking hated those stupid finger spaces. Writing is so much faster when your fingers aren't right in the way.

milestone posts usually suck but this one isnt bad

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I think we had some kind of finger space I always got a B for writing though penmanship no matter how much I tried my writing has always been ugly but I don't let that get me down or stop me from my dreams whatever they are
