Keep in mind, in our early days we were exposed to significantly less UV radiation. It's our own damn fault we fry so quickly.

I wouldn't say it's anyone's fault. But I would say every human is designed to thrive on a very small portion of the Earth's surface. Only technology allows us to live elsewhere. The Earth wasn't designed for us.
