You hate him, but Scar was probably the best villain in terms of carrying out his evil. He didn't waste time explaining how or why he was doing evil, he just got stuff done. He had tons of mindless followers(hyenas), and was pretty darn frightening what with the claws, scar, and name, amirite?

also he managed to kill his main enemy. He, like so many before him, just wasn't good with the follow through.
