I once (when I was like eleven) tried to brush my hair with those circular brushes. My hair is long and no one told me that you can't just roll the hair several times around the brush and then pull down and expect it to come out. It had to be cut out.

I did that once, too! Only I was like thirteen when it happened to me. I stood in front of the bathroom mirror crying and panicking because I thought I'd have to get it cut out and then my hair would just be really short, which I did not want. Finally, after about fifteen minutes of crying and praying to whatever God there might be, I managed to work the brush out of my hair on my own. It scared the shit out of me, though, and I've never touched one of those brushes since.
