If carrying the child would result in the death of the mother, even prolife people will say an abortion is the best option. And if the baby was the result of incestuous rape they would opt for abortion.

Not all of them apparently. I was discussing this with my friend to the subway, a a few girls (presumably pro-life) gave us really disgusted looks and I saw one mouth 'murderers'

Really? They think rape babies shouldn't be aborted. What could be worse? Even if parents don't want or can't survive the birth, they think you should go for C section or give up for adoption. What else could be a valid reason for abortion?

I mean you have to look at everything case by case to a certain extent. You can't just make a rule and follow it no matter what the circumstances.
